Excessively high water temperatures can damage the structure of wool and cashmere fibers, leading to shrinkage and hardening.
Machine Washing Requires Caution; Always Use the "Wool Mode" + Laundry Bag
If choosing machine washing, always use a laundry bag to reduce friction. Avoid vigorous rubbing, especially for textured knitted items which are more easily damaged.
Spot Cleaning is Safer
For daily use, simply pat to remove dust. Light stains can be gently wiped with a slightly damp soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent, reducing the frequency of overall washing.
