Q: Why use 100% Acrylic instead of Wool?
A: Acrylic is the king of promotional and streetwear hats. It is much cheaper than wool, the colors are brighter, and it doesn't shrink in the wash. It is the best choice for bulk orders.
Q: Will the embroidery look messy on a knit hat?
A: Knitting has texture, so bad embroidery can sink in. We use a backing material (stabilizer) inside the hat to keep the stitches sitting high and clean. Your logo will be sharp.
Q: Can you do "3D Puff" embroidery?
A: Yes. 3D embroidery (raised foam) looks amazing on beanies. It makes the logo pop out. It costs a little more, but it adds a lot of value.
Q: Can you do complex, multi-colored logos?
A: We can do up to 12 colors in one design. However, if your logo has tiny text, we might suggest a woven patch instead, because small letters are hard to read on a knit surface.
